Please read and understand the contents of this Agent Agreement carefully.
When filling out the application form please make sure you complete all the required details clearly and correctly. If the information provided is incorrect, the Management reserves the right to reject your application to be an Agent for no reason whatsoever.
Each Agent will be charged a Registration Fee of RM50.00.
Each purchase is via online transaction and cash payment only if walk-in at the Headquarters counter.

Commitment.
Agents need to be responsible and committed to present themselves and follow all the training that the company has organized and scheduled (SIMSB) without fail.
The agent must perform all the tasks and training provided with the responsibility and diligence throughout the training.
Agents are advised to buy and try the product first before taking the course.
Group Support FB/Telegram/Whatsapp.
All agents MUST join Group Support provided by the Company (SIMSB).
Only registered agents are allowed in this group.
Only one Facebook account is allowed per agent.
Agents are encouraged to be active in the group whether to ask / share info or anything that is helpful to group members. Any important information will be notified in this group. All the latest alerts are available through group support, SMS, e-mail and website.
Spamming posts is strictly prohibited.
Agents are allowed to use marketing aids such as softcopy poster copywriting / banners and others for promotional purposes only.
Operation hours.
All related questions will be answered at OFFICE HOUR (8.00 am - 6.00 pm), Monday - Friday only.
Questions asked other than that time (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays), will only be answered depending on the availability of team support.
Any questions please specify in the group only, so that all members in the group can get the info together.
Should the Agent wish to hold any seminar or promotion, the management is available to offer advice and assistance.
Please inform one month before the date of the workshop or seminar.
Agents are encouraged to buy posters or banners, paper bags and plastic bags for promotional purposes.
Agents are not permitted to disclose any training and modules in this training program to any party without the written permission of the company. It is not permissible to use, copy and reproduce any form of modules and exercises in the training program for any purpose other than as permitted by the company.
Return of the product is only allowed for damaged product.
You are required to include a copy of the purchase receipt and return the damaged item as proof.
The Company (SIMSB) will not be responsible for any items damaged by natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes and so on..
Exchange of products is allowed only for damaged products.
Items that are broken sets when they have been opened and separated from the set cannot be changed. If the Agent finds that one of the items in the set has been damaged, the Agent must return the complete set instead of only sending the damaged item.
The Agent is required to include a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
The Agent is not permitted to exchange goods for other items however exchange of damaged goods upon delivery from the Head Office and upon arrival to the Agent is still permitted on the exchange of the same item.
Damaged or expired items in the hands of the Agent shall not be returned to the Headquarters and shall be the responsibility of the Agent.
Old and new products will not be accepted by the Headquarters and it is the Agent's responsibility to dispose of the stock..
Each Agent is required to provide full cooperation in the payment process.
All orders of products will only be processed after the Company (SIMSB) receives the payment.

OPEN THE SHIPPING SHIPPING products for the Claim in the event of a malfunction.
Headquarters has a Marketing & Price Control Department that will monitor the sales price of the Agent.
If the Headquarters receives a report of any complaints regarding changes in the market price of the product, the auditors will be sent to review the situation without prior notice.
If this is the case, the company (SIMSB) reserves the right to take the necessary action by depriving the Agent on the basis of a report issued by the Department of Marketing & Price Control (SIMSB).
The agent must sell the product at the Company's fixed market price (SIMSB).
Each Agent is entitled to a 15% retail profit from the market price and the Group's Incentives if they meet the target. (Please refer to Sales Incentives).
Each Agent will receive one Login ID to the Partner Saffron Agent System Login.
To be eligible for Group Incentives, individual sales must be at least RM500.
Each Agent is reminded to sell the product at a specified market price. Agents are strictly prohibited from selling products at or above the set market price.
Each Agent is not allowed to mix any product with another company's brand.
Each Agent is advised not to abuse the product and cannot reverse the use / use of the product.
Good relationship.
Agents need to maintain good relations with the Company (SIMSB) and other agents.
Do not do anything that may expose, disparage, dishonor, disparage the image and reputation of the Company (SIMSB) and its agents to any party, whether on social media, print or electronic media.
In the event that any of the above is found to be the case, the Headquarters shall be entitled to take affirmative action and forfeit the Agent's status.
Each Agent is strictly prohibited from exchanging the Company's products (SIMSB) with any other company's products.
In the event that any of the above is found, the company (SIMSB) reserves the right to take the necessary action together with the removal of the Agent.
Each month the company (SIMSB) will evaluate the sales performance of the Agent.

An agent must be willing and able to appoint more agents in his group while increasing sales performance in order to obtain Group Incentives.
The Company (SIMSB) will evaluate the sales performance of the Agent and will offer Incentives in the form of goods or holidays within or outside the country.
This incentive depends on the financial position of the Company (SIMSB).
The Company (SIMSB) reserves the right to change, amend, change and revoke this incentive at any time.
The Management reserves the right to amend, amend and revise all Policies, Terms and Conditions of the Company (SIMSB) as it deems necessary from time to time.
All changes & changes in this policy will be communicated to the Agent via e-mail, SMS and all social media.
The Agent is strictly prohibited from supplying the product to any authorized or unauthorized sales representative without first referencing the company (SIMSB).
If the Agent refuses to comply with the rules, the Company (SIMSB) shall not be liable for any problems arising from the Agent.
The Company (SIMSB) will not hesitate to take decisive action including depriving Agent status if this continues.
In the event of an Agent's revoked status, the Company (SIMSB) will NOT repurchase all products from the Agent.
In addition, if the Agent wishes to terminate or close the business for unavoidable reasons, the Company (SIMSB) shall NOT repurchase all products from the Agent.
I have read and understood all the terms, regulations and policies of the Company (SIMSB) contained in this agreement. I acknowledge and agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Company (SIMSB) and in the event that I violate the Company's terms, conditions and policies (SIMSB), the Company reserves the right to take any action and law that it deems necessary and to deprive my Agent.
